System not using Ubuntu 18 Nvidia Graphics card despite driver being installed

Hello! I have AMD® Ryzen 5 2600 six-core processor × 12 and NVIDIA GeForce GT 710/PCIe/SSE2 card
The problem is in ubuntu where despite the driver installed, the system is not using the graphics card.

I do all the steps from this nvidia-xconfig doesnt do what i want it to, nor does nvidia-settings - #7 by generix
and finally got when __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia glxinfo | grep vendor

server glx vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
client glx vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation
OpenGL vendor string: NVIDIA Corporation

But still my card don’t using (or at least i cannot see it by nvidia-smi).

If it needed i have Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS and cannot change it

You only have one gpu in your system, so no need to use offloading. Furthermore, everything is running fine, it’s just that low-end gpus don’t support listing processes (and many more) using nvidia-smi. With a GT710, you’re limited to using nvidia-settings for basic information.
