system restarts when running cuda program

Hi,

I have gpu TeslaC1060 and cuda and driver version 5.5. And i am trying to run cuda through nsight when i open nsight to try to run some programs, my system restarts. I don’t know why this happens. And when i ran device query test passes.

Can anyone tell me the reason behind this problem?

what is driving the screen/ display/ monitor? how many cards in your system?

at what point - immediately upon opening, when initiating a program run?
