I would suggest you create the custom power mode configuration(rather than default 120W power mode) according to your use case.
e.g. It seems the high loading for cpu9 but not for other cores, maybe you can reduce the max CPU frequency.
If you just want to disable the warning messages, you can refer to what sorry.shao suggested.
