After the latest updates, the dgx spark device temperature never goes up to 70-80C as before! It works in the range of 50 to 60C even in the most intense process or am I seeing it wrong?

You could be hitting the power issue that some of us have been seeing that is resolved by either unplugging the USB-C from the Spark, unplugging the power brick from the wall, or both. Suspected to be a PD issue, but not fully determined yet.
You can try running this simple util I wrote to see if the Spark is in a bad state. It just loads up the GPU with a 4096x4096 matmul in a loop and samples the clocks over 10 seconds or so. If the clocks are lower than expected, it returns an error.
Note that it isn’t intended to induce a bad state, just check to see if your device has somehow landed in a bad state.
My Spark idles at 53-57 C. Seems super hot to me, I guess the fans turn off <60 C now?
