do i have to download tensorflow on jetson nano? and will this work for audio recognition?

Sorry that we don’t have too much experiment on the audio recognition sample.
For Jetson, you can setup the TensorFlow environment with the instructions shared below:

In general, the package is as same as the desktop version but with GPU support.
You can just follow the document you shared and give it a try.
