TensorRT 7.1.3 python API documentation

Cannot access tensorRT python API. Only the latest version seems to be available. It is not possible for me to upgrade to the latest version.

Thanks Aasta, although helpful I was looking for the API documentation(like this for trt 8.4) and not developer guide. The python api from the archived developer guide points to trt 8.4 documentation
