I am attempting to load a uff file created from tensorflow research slim inception_reznet_v2 that i have trained and frozen. The UFF file seems to be generated by the following code corectly with output from my uff python script.

Converting to UFF graph
No. nodes: 2009
UFF Output written to //output/flowers-irv2/flowers/saved_frozen/inception_resnet_v2_inference_frozen.uff

When I attempt to load this UFF graph using tensorrt5 i recive the following output.

ERROR: InceptionResnetV2/InceptionResnetV2/Mixed_5b/concat: all concat input tensors must have the same dimensions except on the concatenation axis
ERROR: InceptionResnetV2/InceptionResnetV2/Repeat/block35_1/Branch_0/Conv2d_1x1/Conv2D: at least three non-batch dimensions are required for input
ERROR: UFFParser: Parser error: InceptionResnetV2/InceptionResnetV2/Repeat/block35_1/Branch_0/Conv2d_1x1/BatchNorm/FusedBatchNorm: The input to the Scale Layer is required to have a minimum of 3 dimensions.

The code for loading the uff file is as follows.

parser->registerInput("input", DimsNCHW(1, 3, 299, 299), nvuffparser::UffInputOrder::kNHWC);
parser->registerOutput("InceptionResnetV2/Logits/Predictions");
maxBatchSize = maximumBatchSize;
IBuilder* builder = createInferBuilder(logger);
INetworkDefinition* network = builder->createNetwork();
parser->parse(uffFile, *network, nvinfer1::DataType::kFLOAT);
builder->setMaxBatchSize(maxBatchSize);
builder->setMaxWorkspaceSize((1 << 30));
engine = builder->buildCudaEngine(*network);

net definition slightly modified from research slim to remove calls from slim.flatten which isn’t supported.

      are returned instead.
    is_training: whether is training or not.
    dropout_keep_prob: float, the fraction to keep before final layer.
    reuse: whether or not the network and its variables should be reused. To be
      able to reuse 'scope' must be given.
    scope: Optional variable_scope.
    create_aux_logits: Whether to include the auxilliary logits.
    activation_fn: Activation function for conv2d.
  Returns:
    net: the output of the logits layer (if num_classes is a non-zero integer),
      or the non-dropped-out input to the logits layer (if num_classes is 0 or
      None).
    end_points: the set of end_points from the inception model.

Disregaurd answered myself. Solution was to change the method input in my c++ code to.

parser->registerInput("input", DimsCHW(3, 299, 299), nvuffparser::UffInputOrder::kNHWC);
