I have been having problems with my C1060 and am wondering if anybody else has had similar problems. I am using CUDA 2.0 and have a 9800 GX2 and c1060 installed on a 790i ultra MB with a 1300 watt ps.
Everything seems to work fine but randomly after a restart I cannot find the c1060 when I do a device query. Checking the device manager the C1060 has a yellow asterisks and reads “This device cannot start. (Code 10)”. The device does not show up in the Nvidia control panel either. I also notice that in the nvidia control panel under “Set multi-GPU configuration” the setting changes from “Multi-display” to “Multi-GPU”. I am the only person who has access to this pc and I have windows updates off. Anyone have any incite on this.
If I uninstall the video driver and then reinstall everything works find again for a few weeks and then this process repeats itself.
