The module flashed with the cloned system.img will boot abnormally

Hi NV Team,

On my OEM board, with AGX Orin 32GB, JP6.2, it can be flash and boot normally, and the module started up normally
I cloned the APP partition to flash other modules with the cloned system.img, the cloning and flashing process are also normal.
However the module flashed with the cloned system.img will boot abnormally.
The ubuntu desktop cannot startup, it will hang on during booting.

Here is the debug uart output.

I have using this way to generate my flash image in JetPack5, and it works fine.
But in JetPack6, seems something goes wrong.
Any idea?
