There is no worker available or connection couldn't be established

We followed the official tutorial to install AODT 1.1.0 on an EC2 instance (g5.2xlarge with a single A10G GPU). The installation was successfully. We continued on the tutorial and was able to connect the ClickHouse Server in the Configuration tab. We were also able to browse on the work folder through the Jupyter. So, we assumed the worker was running as the aodt-sim-container ran without errors. However, when we attempt to attach a worker, we get the following error.

There is no worker available or connection couldn’t be established.

The tutorial says If there is a problem with the installation and the graphical user interface is not able to communicate with the worker, an error window will pop up. However, the installation was successful and the dockers are running. Therefore, we do not know what is wrong. Any help will be much appreciated.

Also find docker ps attached.

I realized that the aodt-sim-container keeps restarting due to a Cuda conflict. To anyone interested, I was able to complete the tutorial on another EC2 instance (g5.12large with four A10G GPUs). I pulled aodt-sim:1.1.0_runtime_SM86 and provide three of the GPUs for the sim container.
