Hello, I am writing this bugreport about my Thinkpad T540p freezing during suspension process.
I can reproduce the problem by running
# systemctl suspend -i
this will trigger the screen and keyboard backlight to black out, while the machine stays powered on, and the power led is the only active led.
The system is not reachable by SSH and magic sys req keys are not working (despite they have been correctly enabled). The only thing I can do is to power cycle.
I attach nvidia-bug-report.sh output. Some highlights of computer specifications are:

Further inspection revelead that the problem was not related to NVIDIA gpu, so this thread can be closed
