For functional testing, note that setting a static IP helps: QSFP Port validation on Thor Devkit - #13 by WayneWWW . The Jetson Thor Series Modules I/O Verification Guide has the procedure to enable PRBS pattern generation and tune TX parameters in section 2.4. From the note in that section:
In addition to electrical measurements, functional Ethernet testing is also recommended. Verify that end-to-end Ethernet communication operates without errors across multiple systems and under various operating conditions.
There is a list of networking interconnects here: Networking Interconnect - NVIDIA Docs
I am checking with the team to confirm which parts were verified with Jetson Thor.
These have been validated:
v1.4 of the Jetson Thor Series Supported Component List released today includes these part numbers.
