Hello,

The red exclamation mark indicates that the nvpmodel GUI has detected a power- or thermal-related warning. It does not mean that the 15W power mode itself is invalid. Possible notifications include:

  • System throttled due to Over-current: A power, over-current, or undervoltage protection event was triggered, temporarily reducing system performance.
  • System throttled due to cpu-thermal: The CPU entered thermal throttling.
  • Caution - Hot surface, do not touch: The device surface temperature is high.

The screenshot alone does not show which warning occurred. What was the complete desktop notification when the red exclamation mark appeared? Please share its exact text or a screenshot.
