Could you possibly estimate when do you release the TRM for the THOR AGX products and what would be the supported/“validated” configurations for the modules?
Could the T4000 be direct replacement for Orin AGX module by any chance? Any chance to enable more pcie lanes + rootpoints on the Thor devices? I suspect the DP and MGbE are muxed with PCIe within the soc?

There are C1, C2, C3 in UPHY0. And C4(or C5) in UHPY1. IF you don’t need MGBE, it can be x8 in UPHY1.

Both T4000 and T5000 PCIe capabilities are same so the endpoints controllers are as what you posted.
C2,C4,C5 could be EP controllers.
