TU117GLM [Quadro T500 Mobile] went bad? how can I tell? (ThinkPad P14s)

Hiii everyone!

I was just running debian unstable yesterday and now tried installing void-linux but my ThinkPad P14s GPU doesn’t run and I don’t have any useful error message.

Whenever I run wayland or X11, it runs on the intel graphics and never use the discrete cards for anything. I tried to force it on both and on wayland it says there are 0 GPUs and on X11 the screen just freezes until I kill Xorg. I tried both the proprietary and nouveau drivers and it just doesn’t work.

lspci says the “TU117GLM [Quadro T500 Mobile]” is there and nvidia-smi reports some stuff (though there’s that “ERR!” in there).

Could someone advise how to tell if this is a configuration thing or a broken GPU? I exhausted my tricks to debug this.

Thank you!!1
