What is the minimum JetPack version required for the TX2i modules?
Are there different TX2i HW revisions?

You can see here the different JetPack versions available for each Jetson board.

For the TX2 series, there’s support from JP-3.0 to JP-4.6.4. NVIDIA always recommends the latest version.

I’m more looking for a table of TX2/TX2i jetpack compatibility for the different HW revisions (B01, B02, D01, etc.). Some revisions have eMMC or RAM type forcing you to a certain minimum JetPack version.
