UART7 RX can not work

UART7 Tx is can sen data out ,but RX can received data. Please help me find out the cause of the problem.

I’ve read the Topic 54572, and I changed the file ‘tegra194-a01-bpmp-p2888-a01.dtb’ as below:

But, Rx still can not work(can not received data),

We found the cause of the problem,schematic design error.
