Unable to Access Required Courses for NCA-GENL Certification

Hi NVIDIA Support Team,

I’m currently preparing for the NVIDIA-Certified Associate – Generative AI LLMs (NCA-GENL) exam, which I’ve already paid for. However, several of the recommended courses listed on the Exam Preparation page seem to be unavailable or not purchasable on the NVIDIA site.

I can access:

Getting Started with Deep Learning

Introduction to Transformer-Based Natural Language Processing

But I can’t find or enroll in:

Fundamentals of Deep Learning

Building Transformer-Based NLP Applications

Building LLM Applications With Prompt Engineering

Rapid Application Development With LLMs

Fundamentals of Accelerated Data Science

Could you please confirm:

1. Whether these unavailable courses are still required for the NCA-GENL exam, and

2. If so, how I can access them (or if there’s an updated list of prep courses)?

If these have been replaced or discontinued, please share the updated preparation guidance or options available since I’ve already paid for the certification.

I suggest opening a case with the DLI team. They should be able to provide answers to these questions.
