Unable to Boot Jetson OrinNX 16GB SOM

I am using XavierNX Standard Devkit with OrinNX 16GB SOM with 1TB SSD. I am unable to power on the device. It fails to bootup.

I flashed 15+ OrinNX 16GB SOM with same XavierNX Devkit and It works fine and able to boot. But only one OrinNX 16GB is unable to boot up, when i pressed poweron button, the led can’t be turned on.

Sounds like hardware problem. Please RMA the problematic module.
