Unable to detect PCIe capture card with Jetson Nano

Hello!

I am trying to connect PCIe capture card to PCIe key E slot through a connector. The power is supplied to the PCIe capture card and the pcie LED turns on. But, I am not able to detect the device. Could you help me in solving this issue?

Here is the connector that I am using:

I also followed the tips given in the following link but did not help.

Attached are the kernel and system logs for reference.

Did you happen to verify this extender cable with any other system?

Does Jetson Nano support x4 PCIe? We have tested it with different boards and the problem seems that Jetson Nano doesn’t support x4.
