Unable to get CUDA toolkit to download in both Chrome and Firefox.

I’ve tried umpteen times with no luck. I click the link for 64bit Windows 8 Desktop and it pops up a small survey. I click fill it out and submit but the download just times out. Oddly I can download a Linux one just fine.

I tried this link just now:

[url]http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/6_0/rel/installers/cuda_6.0.37_winvista_win7_win8.1_general_64.exe[/url]

and it worked fine in both IE9 and Chrome.
