CUDA Toolkit not allowing me to download

I have been trying for a while to install CUDA toolkit and when I click the windows link, nothing happens, I right-click to open a new tab and there isn’t a link to go to. Anyone else having this issue, or know of a solution?

Me, too. I hope it’s settled soon.

Yea. I used VPN to US and HK but no luck either.

Same here. Tried multiple browsers on two OSes.

Seems to work for me.
When I (left) click thru the selections (dark shaded controls) and then the Download button (right or left click), it downloads the CUDA Installer.
