Unable to verify on NIM

I’ve been trying to verify my account on NIM for 2 weeks now and I cannot get past the phone verification as the code never arrives.

Any idea what else could I try? I’m based in the UK

Hi @chris.ciszak apologies, our team has had a few reports of issues with UK phone numbers failing over the weekend. We are looking into it. I’ll get back to you when we have resolved the issue.
