Update GStreamer Plugin nvarguscamerasrc on L28

I’m using the LT from last year on TX2

The parameters don’t exist on my current version, so is that possible that I just update that plugin only without reinstall OS ? Thank you very much !

We have new properties implemented in nvarguscamerasrc and it requires complete system upgrade. It does not work by partially update libgstnvarguscamerasrc.so from r32 to r28.

For using r28, nvcamerasrc is more complete. You may check if you can use this plugin instead.
