Can you recommend best usb microphone compatible with jetson orin agx_ jetpak 5.1.2
** and being possible to control it mute/unmute by software.

We don’t have the list, there are too many on the market, you may do the search in forum to find what other people uses.
Most USB microphones will work. I don’t even know the brands, but there are a couple of generic headsets (gaming style) that I’ve tried and they worked out of the box. You might need to set some option in the GUI for push to talk or mute, so on. That’s all user space and part of the Ubuntu though, it isn’t particularly dependent upon the Jetson.
