Jetson Orin AGX Rear USB A Ports Not Working

I am using an Orin developer kit and the back USB A ports (next to the display port) are not working. I have tried monitoring dmesg --follow when plugging in a device and there is no change in the kernel log. Additionally, the USB ports are not providing power to any devices. I have tried a keyboard, mouse, and usb to etherenet adapter. All of these devices are working on the front two usb ports. I have also tried to reflash to the unit and it is currently running Jetpack 5.1 but the usb ports are still not functioning.

Please share the information for reference:

$ cat /etc/nv_boot_control.conf

And please try Jetpack 5.0.2. If you hit the issue in both 5.0.2 and 5.1, probably it is an issue in hardware.
