USB3.0 HUB on customer carrier board

hello everyone:
I used RTSP-5411S as a usb3.0 hub on my jetson nano carrier board ,also i add a usb ethernet(rtl8153b).

problems:

  1. the DSP1_PWR of the RTS-5411S is active Low but the Power Switch’s Enable Pin is Active High(TPS259530DSG ) how to config the RTS-5411S to change the active status?

2.the device list shows the RTL8153 has been detected,but i can’t find it .
