USB3.1 not work

We designed our own board with the USB portion fully referenced from the Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit.
But now the TypeC port is only working with usb2.0. USB3 does not work at all.

So we used Teledyne LeCroy USB Protocol Suite to analysis. The results are as follows:

The DFP received TS2, but the UFP only received TS1, and then the UFP returned from the Polling.Config state to Rx.Detect .
It did not enter the normal U0 state.

I am a USB beginner, what does this result tell me?

Does this mean it’s a signal quality issue ?
