Using Nvidia WaveWorks

Hey.

I’m not sure this is the right place to ask about WaveWorks, but anyway, I’m trying to use it and face multiple issues.
E.g.

  1. Documentation is unclear and inconsistent, e.g. GFSDK_WaveWorks_Local_Waves_Simulation_AddDisturbances mentions bMapFromWorldSpace but it doesn’t exist. There’s no example of doing that either. How do I map coordinates?
  2. Nvidia driver continue to throw _com_error every time a certain API is used, this doesn’t seem to affect correctness, but might be a source of performance issues. Is there any chance that we see public updates/fixes for WaveWorks 2?
  3. Things like those I mentioned above make it unreliable to use for small developers without having an access to the source code. Can we expect WaveWorks 2 to be open sourced in the foreseeable future like some GameWorks libs or PhysX was?
