video card to work with CUDA

Hi everybody, i’m writing from Bolivia.
I’m looking for the best video card NVIDIA, to work with (Opencv + SIFT + CUDA)on Linux.
Which video card, advise me to run SIFT algorithms .?
I need some very high performance

The highest performance single GPU card from Nvidia currently is the 580 GTX. 460 GTX and 560 GTX Ti on the other hand have quite a good price/performance ratio.

thanks for your reply, but the geforce line, (580 GTX) is to work better with DirectX 11, i’m looking for, some to work with opencv sift(algorithms) and CUDA on Linux, i guess for this type is better use the TESLA line.

The GeForce GPUs work just as well under Linux (actually, they work better than under Windows, because you get the TCC driver’s features for free).
