VST UX not visible on jetson. How to Access and Use VST User Interface

i am running nvidia VST using docker and sucessfully pulled image this the output

I am not able to access VST UI

How you start the VST? Are you follow AI NVR work flow here: AI NVR — Metropolis on Jetson documentation 0.1.0 documentation ? How you access the VST web UI?
