I can see “What’s new in CUDA 9.2”, but I cannot find where to download CUDA 9.2
The official download link is for CUDA 9.185
It’s not available yet. Should be available soon.
Here’s the “What’s new in CUDA 9.2” page:

If you read that page you will see this text:
“Join the NVIDIA Developer Program to find out when CUDA 9.2 is available for download.”
The implication is that it is not available for download yet.

thank you for the quick reply on this rather pressing matter … but can you tell us if CUDA 9.2 will be released in weeks or months?
