Where can i find detail information of all the metrics and concept in the Nsight Compute?

For example, sm_inst_executed.avg.per_cycle_elapsed, what’s executed instruction?What’s the formula to calculate the average of executed instruction? what’s the elapsed cycle on sm? How is it counted?
what’s the maximum value of this metrics in ideal situation?
what about sm_instruction_throughput.avg.pct_of_peak_sustained_active?

The documentation of Nsight Compute seems not to contain all these information.
