Where is the cuda-gdb2.3?

I had installed the toolkit2.3 in fedora11
someone said the cudagdb had been included in toolkit, but I didn’t find it.
And the readme file of cudagdb2.3 show how to install the gdb, who know where is the cudagdb2.3?

Download the package again, the initial release was missing cuda-gdb.
