Where is the "nvcuvenc.dll" on "344.60" driver?

I install the “344.60” driver for my GTX970 Card,but my cuda encoder program can’t run on this version driver because the “nvcuvenc.dll” is missing,I download the CUDA 6.5 Toolkit for GTX900 series,but I can’t find the “nvcuvenc.lib”,and there is not any documentions about cuda encoder,so how to run cuda encoder on 344.60 or later version driver?

nvcuvenc is going away. It’s being removed from drivers. You’ll find plenty of other mentions of this phenomenon on this board, as well as a note to that effect in the CUDA 6.5 release notes.
