why can't I open the link of jetson resources??? any problem with NVIDIA's web server??

when i open the link for jetson TX2 resources，

i.e. the following URL:
developer.nvidia.com/embedded/jetpack

the browser shows the following error：

504 gateway timeout
     nginx/1.13.3

what‘s wrong with it？
is there any problem with the website server of
NVIDIA？？

please help me with this~~
