I adjusted the height of the camera very high and gave it a very small focal length to simulate a parallel projection camera, all of which were done under the replicator module

I have found the answer, but it is due to the distance being too far that the previous point on shadow map needs to cover more shading point. The resolution is not enough, and we can solve it by adding Shadow Bias
