Wi-Fi SDIO CRC issue

Hi,
We have designed a separate carrier board for Jetson Xavier NX SOM and using SILEX SX-SDMAC-2832S+ Wi-Fi Module with it.
In some of our boards, we have observed CRC Errors in the Wi-Fi SDIO lines (from log files).
Due to these CRC errors, the command and data lines are not toggling in the data transfer mode and the Wi-Fi is not working as intended. However, the Clock is toggling fine at around 45MHz.

We couldn’t state the reasons as to why the CRC errors appear in only some boards.

Could you please let us know the reasons for this failure behavior?

Attached the CRC ERROR LOGS:

Hi,
We have tried as the above-mentioned post.
But still we have got same CRC errors as mentioned before.

Could you please update us on the reasons for these CRC errors & Wi-Fi Failures happening only in some of our boards?.

Are you sure only few boards would hit this issue or every board can hit it but just with low reproduce rate?

Only in few boards, we are facing the mentioned issue.

Hi,

Actually, sdio wifi is not in our software support for Xavier series platform. Thus, what I can share here is only the experience from other users.
