We currently have 4 blades with Nvidia M60s running in our DC. Our normal setup is Server 2016 Core edition.
Is this supported with Nvidia?

I don’t understand the whole picture. Are you talking about Server Core for the guest OS or the host OS?
We don’t mention Core Server in our support matrix:

All of our hosts are running Windows 2016 Enterprise in Core mode. Now we are testing with multiple hosts with a GRID card. We want to use RemoteFX so we can share the GPU with multiple guests. Is this possible and supported by NVidia?
As far as i can find on the internet, this is not possible but want to verify this.
