Windows S2D Cluster getting "EQ stuck" on EQn 0x4. Attempting recovery. on 3 of 5 servers

I looked everywhere and haven’t seen anyone report this issue, but I did see something about it in a few docs online, but nothing explaining what is causing it. It is happening on 3 out of 5 servers and really causing a havoc in our datacenter.

Any ideas what is causing it?

What about the CPU? Usually, this could be caused by high CPU utilization.
A configuration change (ex. RSS configuration) might also cause the behavior as well.
