xHCI host controller not responding, assume dead

Hi,
We are using Xavier NX with Jetpack 5.0.2. Sometime we are getting the below error. After this error none of the USb devices are working. Any clarification on this issue. Any root cause for this issue …?

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.

Looks like it hangs when running with the USB device. Could you share more information about the device? Has it passed compliance test?
