Random USB disconnects and Controller issues

Have a Xavier system with some USB cameras connected plus a USB Wi-Fi dongle and USB-Serial device. Today, the system entered into a unrecoverable state.

Any suggestions on how to track the reason why this issue occurs.

Not quite understand about this “, the system entered into a unrecoverable state.”. What happened to your board?

Not able to reboot?

By unrecoverable state I was referring that the USB devices are not longer detected and a power cycle is required to get the system back at running. Just wondering what can cause the the tegra-xusb controller to die and not be able to recover.

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
Hence we are closing this topic. If need further support, please open a new one.

Could you put your usb devices on differnet type C port and test again?
