XUSB drivers for u-boot

I see from https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/1023626/jetson-tx2/usb-in-uboot-of-jetson-tx2-has-no-controllers/ that the TX2 is unable to boot directly from USB devices because there are no XUSB drivers available in u-boot. As this thread is over a year old, I wondered if this was still the case?

In the past there has been U-Boot support of USB2, but xusb for USB3 still does not exist in U-Boot.
