I was working on the disaster risk monitoring course using satellite imagery, but I received the message: “You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment.” I understand that I spent a significant amount of time training, but the material was quite extensive, and the course is labeled as “self-paced.” Since this is my first course on this platform, I wasn’t aware of this restriction. If I had known about it beforehand, I would have prioritized studying more offline, is it possible to fix this?
