Hello everyone,

I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me out.

I recently started the practical part of the DLI course, Building Real-Time Video AI Applications. I had already spent hours on the theoretical modules and launched the coding assessment Jupyter notebook but I didn’t realize the session had a strict two-hour time limit.

I stepped away because I took time to load and by the time I returned, the session had expired. Unfortunately, this is a one-time opportunity, so I’m now locked out and can’t complete the lab it says “You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment”…

Has anyone else run into this issue? Were you able to get your session reset? I’m really keen on finishing this course and getting the certification.

Hello,

I have granted you eight more hours. In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
