Any advice? Thanks!

Did you change the DCB already?

Yes, we have changed the DCB, and it works with other hdmi displays, including a AOC 4k display.
By the way, the version of Jetpack is 5.1.1

If this specific monitor issue, please try to test on latest jetpack.

Hi WayneWWW,

As we have not ported Jetpack6.1 so far, I tried on the jetpack6.0ga, and the monitor still did not work.
The serial log is as below:
jp60ga_serial.txt (150.9 KB)

Could you give some help?

Your log is full of error print from other registers. Are you sure this is a state that you can login?

I got this log from the debug serial port. After these error print, I can login through debug serial port, but the monitor shows nothing.

Could you share me the /var/log/Xorg.0.log?

The error register 0x31b00b4 is related to i2c and this is rare error.

Here is the /var/log/Xorg.0.log?
Xorg.0.log (19.7 KB)

Hi,

There is no way to debug this specific monitor issue in such way.

Please share me the detailed monitor information here. Brand name/model name…etc.

The monitor information:
Brand : Sculptor
Model: MU156LT
Official website URL: 4K HDR400 MU156LT-便携显示器-雕塑家便携显示器-Sculptor-官方网站

Thanks!
