I’m encountering the error “This phone number has exceeded limits” when trying to verify my China (+86) phone number on build.nvidia.com.

My Information:

  • Registered Email: [wangqj646@gmail.com]
  • Phone Number: +86 [13157311202]
  • First Attempt Time: [2026-04-19 22:20]
  • Country/Region: China Mainland (+86)

Additional Notes:

  • This is my first time registering a NVIDIA account and using this phone number for any NVIDIA services
  • I’ve tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, and different networks without success
  • Error persists despite waiting 24+ hours

Request: Please manually verify my account or reset the limit for my phone number.

This issue is now resolved (Chinese phone numbers work for NIM signup).
Could you please delete this entire thread?
