Phone Verification “This phone number has exceeded limits” on first attempt - +86 China number - Need manual reset/whitelist for NIM API key

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am a developer from China. I cannot complete SMS verification for my account (jzj0222@gmailcom) because my +86 number (13811418114) shows “exceeded limits”.
Please help me manually verify my account or reset the limit.
