https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/dlc/jetson-nano-scl can find the heat sink Nano devkit used.
https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/dlc/jetson-nano-thermal-design-guide-1.2 is about how to design heat sink.
https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/dlc/jetson-nano-3D-CAD-Step-Model is 3D CAD model that shows an envelope that the board components will not exceed into. Any heatsink should be designed to not intrude into the envelope. The Heatsink should be referenced to the SoC DIE area.
