If so maybe you can share in what reservation id number scope you are? Just wondering. Since I was in 30k ish and still received the email.
@bernardo.hazan I’m assuming you checked spam folder? Also what is your approximate N##### reservation number. If your N number was N1234, then saying N1xxx is fine.
I am around 3k on the reservation list, and I got the email saying “stay tuned for an email invite to purchase” I reserved a NVIDIA DGX Spark - 4TB on the 18th March 2025
My number is 30K ordered on July 29th
Mine is R30xxx. I did not receive any e-mail on that topic. I have naturally checked all folders in my e-mail, even checked under the bed.
And did you receive the email saying “get ready“?
I’m also in 30k range so maybe that is a range of cut-off. I did receive the email though.
Today I found a mail from the ASUS Business division (Germany) in my spam folder of my company account informing about possible preorders via partner, because I added me on their notification list.
ASUS stated that orders will be sent out not before 15.10.2025.
Their exclusive partner in Germany is primeLine Solutions. They take orders only from companies.
No, I did not. That is the issue. No e-mail from NVIDIA since the last one inviting to the Forum.

If this is truly built for DEVs then they should allow freedom over the OS in the sense of "reasonable” tinkering. That being said, with how NVIDIA is, who knows.
I’m at 19K reservation list in the US and also received the “get ready to reserve” email (10/3/2025).
US based, reserved in September and received the get ready email on October 3rd.
I’ll just assume that the email was a mistake and try to continue to live my life. This past week I have thought about this way too much. It’s kinda weird now.

Your order or reservation doesn’t show up? I bet it’s reservation you are talking about since noone yet have received an invite to place an order, for founders editions at least.

I have an active DGX Spark reservation like many of you but I never received the countdown email like some of the others. I tried few email with no avail, so I am posting the info here.
I have an active reservation number and received the countdown email but I have not received a email to get my order in. If the DGX SPARK is going to be available to the general public TOMORROW October 15, 2025 then what was the point of making a reservation? does the reservation buy me anything at this point? I was hopping that reserving one would buy back time!
